1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the PureNude - Make Up mobile application ("PureNude", "the App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
2. The Service
PureNude lets you discover makeup artists, watch their upcoming live sessions and short "look" videos, follow creators, and save the looks you like. Content is created by users of the platform.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use PureNude. By using the App you represent that you meet this requirement.
4. Community Guidelines & Zero Tolerance
PureNude has zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior. When using the App you agree not to post, share, or engage in:
- Sexually explicit, pornographic, or otherwise objectionable content;
- Harassment, hate speech, threats, bullying, or targeting of any person or group;
- Content that is illegal, deceptive, infringing, or promotes self-harm;
- Spam, scams, or impersonation of others.
We remove violating content and terminate accounts of repeat or serious offenders. Every user can report content and block creators from any look or profile; reports are reviewed within 24 hours.
5. Creator Content
Creators retain ownership of the content they publish and are solely responsible for it. By publishing content you grant PureNude a limited license to host and display it within the App. You must have the rights to any content you share.
6. Reporting, Blocking & Enforcement
The App provides in-product tools to filter, report, and block content and creators. We reserve the right to review reported content and to remove content or restrict users that violate these Terms, with or without notice.
7. Device Permissions
PureNude may request access to your camera, microphone, and photo library for recording, going live, and choosing a profile photo. These permissions are used only for the feature you invoke and can be revoked at any time in your device Settings.
8. Intellectual Property
The PureNude app, including its software, interface, branding, and design, is owned by PureNude or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You receive a personal, non-transferable license to use the App on your device.
9. Disclaimer
PureNude is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted performance.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PureNude and its affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App or from content published by other users.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, the updated version will be reflected by the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after updated Terms take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
